Nanny To Help With 2 Little Ones

Hello! We are looking for someone with experience caring for young babies (we have a baby born ), but who would primarily be helping with our 3 1/2-year-old. My husband and I both work from home and we are looking for someone to come to our house. I would be primarily caring for the baby, but would need occasional help getting her down for naps or holding her while I have a call if she is fussy. Our toddler would be your main focus - he's a super funny, sweet kid who loves to play outside, go to the library, make crafts, read books, etc. He's in preschool a few hours a week (Tues/Thurs mornings) so we need someone part time. We are only looking for someone who wants to be with us long-term. Must be reliable and non-smoker. And OK with dogs! We have a mini Australian Shepherd.
