Flexible Care Needed For 2 Children

In need of flexible care for our 2 young children (3 y/o and 12 months) as well as for occasional date nights. We are looking for someone who has weekend morning availability (Saturday or Sunday for around 3-4 hours) as well as a weekday or two (Monday, Thursday or Friday for 3-4 hours). My husband's work schedule does fluctuate so we can be flexible with days and times as needed! We also have a sweet older dog, Lab Pointer mix. Due to the ages of our children, we are looking for a provider that is comfortable getting up/down to play on the floor as well as carrying our 12 month up/down stairs. Our daughter loves imaginative play, arts and crafts, reading and her baby dolls. Our son is a new walker and is into exploring everything he probably shouldn't, playing with anything that has wheels and tackling his sister
