Babysitter Needed For My Children In Rockford.

I have some short trips planned throughout the year and am needing someone to fill in for me during the times my kids wont be with their father. I planned most of my trips during his weekends & parenting time however he is absolutely refusing to budge or compromise with me on these few 1 hour- 1/2 day gaps. For example: he gets them Wednesday nights but is insisting he cant get them from school and wont pick them up till 4 or 5 p.m. from my house. My children get home from school at 2:30 & 3:30 p.m. Same with his Friday nights, refuses to get them from school and wont come pick them up till 7 p.m. Hes doing everything he can to ensure I only get 36 hours of free time every other week. We have a special needs 15yo daughter so childcare for me has nearly been nonexistent. My only babysitter is my mom and her time is limited as well.
