I work remote and enjoy having my son in my home where I can visit with him on my coffee and lunch breaks. My Mom and Mother-in-law watch him during the week, but I need 1-2 days during the week where someone else watches him due to their schedules. I can be flexible on which days. Typically, the hours are 9-4/5. My son is a sweet and silly 16-month-old.
