Nanny Needed In Petersburg, IL

My daughter is 17 months (almost 18 months), she is spunky and lively. She is learning new skills and words everyday. She loves helping with chores, and playing in her play room. She can be very independent at times, but most of the time she wants you to actively participate in her play. We live right across the street from a park, she loves to grab everyone's shoes and giving them to their respective people to go to the park. She LOVES being outdoors. We are looking for someone who is willing to come help us out a couple times a week, to give us sometime to get chores and errands completed. We would love for them to be CPR certified and have reliable transportation. Sign language experience is a plus! We try to align ourselves with a Montessori way of teaching our daughter. We are big on only allowing about an hour of screen time a day. We also love to share as many meals as we can together (but at the very least we eat dinner together each night). My daughter loves being outside, playing at the park (mainly the swings), playing with our dog (beagle), and hanging out with family members. She loves to read and sing. Shes big into music, loves it when you sing and it makes mundane tasks (like changing a diaper) a little easier. Our daughter has a lot of energy, especially in the afternoon. I want someone who is willing to participate in her play and life. It is a plus if you have experience in Montessori or sign language. Home parking Our dog, Schmitt is a beagle. He is almost 7 years old, and acts like the old man he is. He mainly sleeps the whole day, but he is a hound dog at heart- so if he sees something out the window or catches a scent- he will expect you to let him outside! Otherwise, the occasional pet and loving will do from him.
