Description: A family in Peoria, Illinois, is seeking a full-time, energetic, and reliable nanny for their children, ages 4 and 23 months. The ideal candidate is cheerful, trustworthy, and professional, with a genuine love for children. They should be punctual, open-minded, and willing to support the family's "Panda Parenting" approach, which encourages independence with guidance. A positive attitude, flexibility, and strong listening skills are key to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Meal preparation for the children, cleaning up after meals, helping with bath time, managing the kids' laundry, assisting with nap time, reading books, and engaging in playtime activities. Hours: Monday - Friday. 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Weekends: On select weekends, the parents may be on call. The nanny will receive the weekend schedule at least four weeks in advance to allow for proper planning. Holidays: With advance notice to the nanny, the parents may need to work on select major holidays at OT Rate. Pay: $880 to $1, 000 per wk/$22-$25hr plus additional compensation for weekends and holidays as needed.
