Part Time Nanny

I have 2 boys. One is 2, and the other one is 3. The 3-year-old is in preschool. The 2-year-old will be 3 in Aug., and might be starting preschool this year, or next year. I just need someone to watch them for a few hours. The days I work will vary, so the days will vary when I will need someone here. My 2-year-old still drinks toddler formula. He also eats a few solids. He has allergies to foods, which are on the refrigerator. He has an epipen just in case. We've never had to use it before. My 3-year-old is mostly potty trained. He occasionally has accidents. It mostly happens when he's sleeping.
