Jacob is 27 and he is developmentally delayed and has cerebral palsy. He is able to walk, talk, dress himself etc. but he does need an adult with him to ensure his safety. Jay attends a community-based day program from 8:30- approximately 1:30 p.m. every day. He needs someone to greet him after the program and keep him company until about 5:30 p.m. 3 days a week. He enjoys playing his video games, card games like UNO playing games on his phone. He is very friendly and easy-going.
