I have a 7-month-old baby boy. We work from home but would like someone part-time (could end up being full-time eventually based on fit) to come care for him. Right now his grandmother does but we would like to give her a break. We are also interested in having someone who can help him develop a routine and structured, age-appropriate activities to aid in milestones and development.
