Long Term Babysitter Needed For 1 Toddler In Oak Lawn.

Hello. I am looking for a long term babysitter for my 2 1/2-year-old daughter noa. she is speech delayed and has never been in daycare. I would feel more comfortable if she were to be cared for in my own home as of right now until I can get her speech developed more. I'm not sure if she might have autism or is on the spectrum and that may be causing the delay in her speech. she has a big personality for a small person, she's sweet but very playful and can be a little rough at times. we are in a household of 4 but in 2 other units we have family living in proximity in case of an emergency. Noa sometimes have a short attention span so she would need to stay busy with some harmless arts & crafts/learning toys/music. lastly im looking for someone that accepts childcare. looking to hear from you!
