Nanny Needed For 4 Month Old

Note: This is not full time, it is flex Monday through Friday likely to be 2-3 days most week with some rare occasions for more dependent on my work load. My husband and I need a reliable in-home nanny for our 4-month-old daughter on a flexible schedule. The hours will vary M-F at 8-4 sometimes an hour or two less. I work part time so the hours will probably occur 2 or 3 days a week at 6-8 hours per day, sometimes more and sometimes less depending on my jobs workload. Looking for someone dependable and a good communicator to let us know when they can and can't work. Thank you!
