Nanny/babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Normal On Wed/Thurs Afternoons

I'm looking for a great nanny/babysitter for 2 children for W/Thu afternoons while I am working (off around 4:30). Daughter is nearly 3 and is very easy going and fun. She is recently potty trained but still usually asks for my help when using the toilet. My 5-year-old son has ASD (speaks well, high functioning, and goes to Kindergarten, but prone to outbursts) and thrives with structured activity, like making arts and crafts. We are also considering to introduce him to playing an instrument soon. So being artistic and/or musical is bonus points! A few other notes: - having a car and good driving record is important, as ability to pick kids up from school is ideal - we do plan to get a small dog - ideally, would like someone who could commit to the role for at least 9 months
