We are a Montessori-aligned family seeking a part-time caregiver for our 3-year-old. Were looking for someone who honors the childs natural curiosity and fosters independence, kindness, and respect. Our home environment supports freedom within limits, hands-on learning, and gentle, consistent guidance. Each day should include unstructured time outdoors, meaningful activities, and support in practical life skills like dressing, tidying, and toileting. Wed appreciate help with his laundry (weekly), simple meal prep, and light tidying. A love for animals and a peaceful, prepared presence are essential. We view caregivers as partners in our childs development and growth.
