Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Naperville

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Naperville. We are looking for someone to pick our kids from the school, drive them home and spend 3. 5-4 hours with them daily, as we both work. we are looking at it for the long term. We would need a nanny/babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, and would prefer with some previous experience and references.
