About the job
We are a loving, busy, liberal family with a 16-month-old son and two Labrador retrievers. We live in South Naperville, with multiple dedicated child-areas and a big backyard, close to safe parks, playgrounds, libraries, museums, and walking paths. Both of us work full-time from home, and love being able to hug our little one during the day. We strive to provide a nurturing, safe, stimulating environment for our son grounded in evidence-based parenting, and empathetic, open-minded values. We believe in gentle parenting techniques, while still maintaining and holding firm boundaries and nurturing emotional regulation. 40 hours a week, M-F 9am-5 p.m. starting Nov. 21 (some flexibility in start date and hours). Light meal prep and baby-related housecleaning. Must be COVID and Flu vaccinated. Full details available upon request.
