About the job
We spend equal time between outdoor activities as we do video games and movies. We don't watch tv during the week and leave it for the weekends. We love to use our pool and ride bikes or play a game of toss. Sometimes we take walks to the park and other times we just take walks. We wish we took more time to read and make more crafts and use creativity. We like to periodically organize/donate toys and clothes but could use some help with this. Play dates, biking, and swimming are our girl's top choices. Reading help!! Organizing/donating old toys and clothes. Our schedules vary week to week where mom is on-call and dad is out of town a lot, so she just a lot of focus during those times. We're looking for someone who can encourage gentle discipline she's developing for reading, picking up after herself/keeping room clean, and keeping off screens as much as possible. We do a point system and will go over this and expect some maintenance of this. Seeking someone who offers a lot of insight about childhood development and isn't afraid to let us know what we could do better as a team of caregivers. We want someone passionate about the wellbeing of our girl, is ready to have fun but understands the value in taking breaks, and ultimately loves her as much as we do Please have your own transportation and a clean driving record We have an elderly puppy; Ethan is a Pit bull/Retriever mix that loves car rides and doesn't do very well on walks and LOVES cuddles. We also have an aquarium of fish and an array of plants to love
