Since I only need evenings or occasional overnights on the weekends, we will stick to a evening/bedtime routine and light morning routine, including reading books and having activities to keep them busy and off of electronics. They love to play outside and go for hikes, all things, arts and crafts, and try to eat healthy prepared meals from home.
