I may be making a career change in the next 6 months. The shifts would either be 7a-7p or vice Versa and I would not get a choice. If I am on nights, I would need someone to be at my home by 5:20 a.m. and would leave shortly after I get home at 7 a.m. Your primary responsibility would be literally be just sitting there from when my 4-year-old wakes up until I get home. He would wake between 6:30-7 a.m. My older two are independent and can get ready on their own. Typically he doesn't eat breakfast until a little while after waking up so I would most likely do that when I got home. Some flexibility would be good incase I ended up running over time wise. But that would be not a common occurrence. My schedule would be only 2-3x a week. We would pay $100 a week. Regardless of 2 or 3 days and this is very easy extra money!
