The ideal candidate should have experience caring for infants, especially those with dietary restrictions and special needs, and be comfortable following specific feeding and care guidelines. Mom works from home in a dedicated upstairs office, so the caregiver must be comfortable working in a shared environment. Mom is available for questions during the day if needed.
