Care Needed For 1 Toddler In Montgomery

I'm a SAHM looking for part-time help with my 20-month-old son B. Ideally, the hours would be 7:00-11:30 a.m. Mon-Wed, but I'm flexible. Right now, I'm looking for an extra set of hands. B has some delays, and I think it would be highly beneficial to have someone read, sing, and play games with him while I'm preparing his food, etc. As trust between you and him grows, I may occasionally ask you to care for him for short periods of time while I go run errands etc. I know this type of position is commonly referred to as a "mothers helper" however, I'm happy to pay your regular rate as I want my son to receive the highest level of care. We are having him evaluated for autism soon. Experience with young kids on the spectrum is preferred. Thank you for your consideration!
