Morning Help & Transportation For My Son

Hello! I am hoping to find morning help for our 1-year-old son, as I will be needing to leave for work generally before he wakes up. He spends the day at a family friend of ours, usually starting around 9:00 a.m. I will be leaving at 6:20 a.m. for work, and hope to find someone to care for him in the morning who can provide breakfast and transportation, as well as play and get him ready for the day.
