I am in the service industry so although I have a pretty consistent schedule it does vary from time to time. My shifts include 1030-8 p.m. and 4-10 p.m. Some shifts will include pick ups from school and bedtime routines. I would like someone who pays attention, is not glued to their phone while sitting, someone reliable, loyal and respectful of how I parent. I'm really easy going and my son is chill we just need an extra helping hand.
