About the job
My husband and I need a nanny to come to our home 29 hours/week starting in June for our (will be) 2 3/4yr old son & 11mo. old daughter. I work from home 2 days/wk and 3 in office, and my husband is a firefighter paramedic with a 3 week rotating schedule that we need to offset. Will provide schedule well in advance: 3 week schedule for rotation: Week 1: Mon. 7:45-5 p.m. Tues. 7:45-1 p.m. Wed. 7:45-1 p.m. Thur. 7:45-5 p.m. Week 2: Mon. 7:45-5 p.m. Tues. 7:45-1 p.m. Wed. 7:45-5 p.m. Thur. 7:45-1 p.m. Week 3: Tues. 7:45-5 p.m. Wed. 7:45-1 p.m. Thur. 7:45-1 p.m. Fri. 7:45-5 p.m. Need to be patient, kind, love to read, talk a lot, & go outside weather permitting. Need to be comfortable: - changing diapers (and with potty training) - helping with kiddo laundry and dishes - handling light meal prep & breast milk - vacuuming and sweeping after the kids
