About the job
We're looking for an experienced caregiver to care for our two children. We need help getting them out the door in the morning, dropping at school, caring for them on school days off and after school hours. We need someone who is consistent and reliable. We prioritize our children's care first. We would also ask for help with children's laundry, general organization of our home, dishes, and driving our children to activities during the week. Our children need extra support. Our 6-year-old son has ADHD. Our 4-year-old daughter has sensory sensitivities. We are looking for a provider who is experienced navigating these differences. We use a conscious parenting approach and aim to help our children navigate their feelings. We try to minimize screen time and maximize creative exploration. We are looking for a provider who shares our values.
