Infant Nanny Needed For Family Of 5

I'm looking for an experienced Nanny with infant care background to watch my son 5 days a week at our home in Hoffman Estates. We are a family of 5 with twin toddlers who go to daycare full-time from 7:30-3:30 during the week. Priority will go to candidates who can help with driving them to and from school, not required but a huge help! No dogs or pets in our home and we live right by a park with walking paths. We're a pretty scheduled family because there's 2 working parents and 2 active toddlers. We want someone who is respectful, organized and affectionate to help take care of our baby boy. Helping reach milestones, encouraging a feeding/sleeping schedule, and general safety will be musts. There is potential for travel with the family and expanding the opportunity to being the overall main caregiver for our twins as well.
