My husband and I have a very unique work schedule. My husband is a firefighter so he has a schedule that consists of 24hours on 48 hours off. And I am a pilot and I'm usually away for 4 days at a time. Were looking for a caretaker that could watch our baby overnight for the days that overlap, and someone that would be able to have a flexible schedule. We will know our schedule approximately a month in advance. We found out that were expecting, and are planning ahead to find someone that could care for our baby.
