Part-time Nanny Needed For 4 Children (ages 6-1y) In Hinsdale

Seeking a nanny/babysitter near Hinsdale for our 4 kiddos (ages, 6, 4, and 1-year-old twins) during the day (generally 9-4), and occasional evenings/weekends. We would prefer someone who could help out with the kids' routines, school pick-up/drop-off, kid-related meal prep and housekeeping a few days a week (flexible). Our routine typically includes a morning activity with all 4, lunch, then afternoon school. The twins are napping in the afternoon. It's a shift or new thing every hour or so - lots to balance and requires some energy! Both of us parents work from home so will be in/out throughout the day. We need someone who can keep things running smoothly, tag-team and adapt as needed. We are a limited tv/screen household, and love to be outside. We also have an older labradoodle.
