TO APPLY Copy & Paste this link to a browser: http://tlcfc.com/applynow Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $20 per hour for 1 to 2 dependent/s, $21 for 3, and $22 for 4. - Bonuses: Occasional bonuses and travel incentives - Payment: Weekly direct deposit - Overtime: Time and a half for hours over 40 per week - Holiday Pay: For most nationally observed holidays - Paid Time Off: Earn 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked - Healthcare: $0 primary care telehealth appointments, health care advocate services - 401-K: Matching after 1 year of employment and 1000 hours worked - Support: An agency that treats you like family, providing support and coaching Schedule Availability: 2-5 days during the week (Monday-Friday) TIME: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Requirements - Age: At least 18 years old - Must be willing to work with both children and adult - Communication: Excellent texting skills for updates and availability - Experience: Minimum of 1 year in caregiving, babysitting, nannying, or daycare2 childcare references required - License: Valid driver's license and vehicle - Commitment: Minimum 3 months - Lift 40lbs If Hired Work Status: Legal work status in the US Certification: Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification before employment Orientation: Complete an online orientation How It Works - Create Your Schedule: Set your availability through our TLC Calendar - Get Matched: TLC assigns shifts based on your availability, experience, and preferences - Work Your Shift: Shifts vary in length and timing. If a shift is under 4 hours, you will still be paid for 4 hours - Work in Multiple Family Homes: You'll work for a variety of wonderful families throughout the week.
