Our current nanny is in school and in the process of getting a job in her field. She's leaving big shoes to fill! US: highly educated, 2-mom family, extremely left-leaning, socially and politically active. Science is real, Black lives matter, love is love. If you don't agree, we won't fit. YOU: Clean driving/criminal record, CPR certified, vaccinated, reliable vehicle, experience with toddlers, experience or will learn gentle parenting/positive reinforcement & Montessori. BONUS: Speak Spanish, pursuing or have a degree. OFFERING: base pay plus PTO and paid sick leave, regular reviews of performance and pay, our home is your home feel. Opportunities to pet/house sit if interested, babysitting (outside of regular nanny hours) if interested. **Nanny pay will be through a payroll company with tax withholdings - no cash/nontaxed nanny pay**
