We are looking for an experienced nanny with higher education in early childhood development for our would-be 7-month-old son W. This position would be M-F 8:30am-3pm, but we are flexible on times for the ideal candidate. We are millennial parents who both work from home, so its important to us to find someone that truly fits within our family values and how we approach things. Here are some key requirements: - Education in early childhood development - Baby Led Feeding approach - Authoritative Parenting approach - CPR certified - Cat-friendly - Willing to do baby sign language - Baby-specific chores (laundry, bottles, etc) Its important to note this position will end in January 2026, when W is old enough to attend a local school.
