Part Time Nanny For 1 Child

I have a part-time job that needs me in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. Our kiddo is currently at a daycare on those days, and isn't doing great there. I'm hoping for someone to come to our home to spend time with her while I'm at work. As an only child, our little one loves interacting with her caregivers. She loves books and imaginative play. We are big into getting her outdoors and have a large yard to play in. We'd love her to be outside as much as possible. As for learning, we are pretty big believers in play-based learning and Montessori child-led learning. Being able to work with her in those kinds of ways to learn would be ideal. We have 2 dogs who are very friendly and love people. My hours can be flexible sometimes.
