My schedule can change some weeks, but I will always need Monday mornings, usually Thursday mornings and possibly one other day through the week. You will always be off by 4 if not earlier. Majority of the time it will just be the baby, but I do have a pretty self-sufficient kindergartener that on rare occasions I might need help getting on or off the bus. I can be flexible with pay and some days may be pretty last minute, so I'd be willing to pay more if I find out I have to work the day before. We're a very chill household with very chill kiddos
