We have a super funny, empathetic, bright, highly sensitive 2-year-old girl who needs a buddy to hang out with! She feels very big feelings, especially shame and frustration and needs a little patience and help getting through those storms. She eats lunch at 11 and naps from around 12-2, so the first few hours of your shift would be pretty easy. , so I'd love to have a trial week with a nanny where we do activities together to get her acclimated to you. We can get lunch (my treat!), go to the library, etc.
