We are looking for someone with open availability to care for our child when he is sick. He is currently in daycare and we are looking for someone with fairly opening availability to be able to call to come and care for our child when he has to stay home from daycare. Sometimes it is less than a 24hr notice and while that is not feasible for many, we are hoping to find someone who is able to work with us. This past flu season hit hard and unfortunately my husband and I cannot continue to call off of work to stay home with him every time.
