Were looking for a caring, engaging, dependable nanny for our sweet 2. 5-year-old son (25-30 hrs/week). Schedule includes weekday mornings + full day Wednesdays, with potential for more hours or a future full-time role. He's curious, playful, and loves reading, art, and outdoor adventures. Daily activities include park trips, library visits, and occasional classes. He's potty training, so patience and gentle encouragement are important. Both parents work from home, we're looking for someone independent who can create a warm, enriching environment. Experience with toddlers or in early childhood education is a plus!
