Loving & Engaging Nanny Needed For Our Preschooler (15-20 Hrs/week, M-F)

We're looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable nanny to care for our 30-month-old son in the afternoons, M-F (15-20 hrs/week). He'll be in pre-K in the mornings, and we'd love for someone to engage him in creative play, reading, park visits, playdates, or library trips. Our son is potty training, so we need someone who can provide gentle encouragement and handle diaper changes until he's fully trained. Both my husband and I work from home in dedicated offices, so we need someone to provide loving care and enriching experiences. The ideal nanny is warm, playful, and passionate about fostering curiosity, kindness, and creativity.
