Recurring Sitter Needed For 18mo Old (Remote Working Parent)

We are looking for someone to watch our 18-month-old son. He's extremely playful and curious, very fast and enjoys the outdoors. He loves interacting with people, but is not speaking yet so we would love to have someone long term to make a connection with him! We also have 1 dog. Help needed with them would include letting them out (fenced in yard) and making sure they have water. Preferred days would be Tues, Thurs, Fri (potential for additional). Since I work from home, we are pretty flexible with the starting and ending time. I also am absolutely available if and when needed throughout the day!
