Babysitter Needed For 2 Kids

Hi! looking for care for my two daughters ages 3 & 4 (almost 5). both girls are in am preschool and would need to be picked up from there. the school is directly behind our home, so a car is not required. my job is a rotating schedule working 3 days on, 4 days off and then 4 days on, 3 days off. my girls are shy at first so someone who is patient and understanding is a must. they love arts and crafts, playing games, music and dancing and reading. they also love to be outside when the weather permits. our ideal caregiver is energetic, loving, patient and would treat our kids as their own. we do have 2 cats and 3 large dogs, so being okay with animals is a must. we're looking for someone long term and wont consider students currently in school that aren't available year round. meal prep and light cleaning would be required.
