Seeking A Mommy Helper

I am expecting our 2nd child in Nov. We have a 2. 5 yr girl. Looking for someone to start in Nov. Probably need someone for 4-5 hours / 2-3x a week. Mommy helper would help with children's laundry, meal prep, light house keeping (mainly bottle sanitizing, dishes, tidy up toys), some organization, occasional play with kids, and do target pick ups or go with me to grocery store/errands. After, we are hoping that the Helper develops a good relationship with us, so that she can baby sit the 2 children for 1 day a week 6-8 hours at a time. We would not need the 2-3x a week help for Mommy Helper duties, but would like for that person to do some of those tasks on the day she watches the children , obviously pay / hr. would change too.
