About the job
In our family, we strive to foster loving, safe spaces to learn and grow. We work hard together to acknowledge where both our kids are developmentally, set loving boundaries, and help our kids grow the skills they need physically, emotionally, and mentally. We strongly believe in gentle parenting with clear, concise boundaries and loving redirection when requires. We have 2 kids: L, is 3. 5 and E is 20 months. L attends preschool 3 days each week and gymnastics Monday mornings. She loves books, playing dress up, anything princess, coloring/painting, and caring for her various stuffies/babies. E loves anything running, jumping and would spend every minute outside if he could. He doesn't have many words but makes himself understood through his expressions. He also enjoys coloring and loves reading books with us. Our family includes a 5-year-old black lab, Ace. He is wonderful with the kids but can be shy with adults. He will warm up with patience.
