Seeking To Subsidize Nanny For Travel, Weekends And Dates

We currently have a full time Nanny and are looking for someone to subsidize weekends, date nights and maybe somebody that would be open to travel for vacations or work related. Traveling accommodations would be covered for the right person. The full-time Nanny that we have is awesome and this is not to replace her. Ideally somebody that could step in when the Nanny is sick or on her vacations. We do have a 2-year-old Boston terrier, who is a little hyper, but has been going to training. Though we are not bilingual in Spanish our current nanny is I want to continue with him learning as well.
