We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Crystal Lake. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. Our main hurdles are getting the children fed and to bed by 8-8:30 at night. Specifically the 1-year-old. The 4-year-old is in the house but very independent and won't need much care at all. A parent will be in the house most if not all days to take care of the chores and feeding. We really just need someone to occupy the children as we get things ready. Our schedule is very flexible with a parent that works normal business hours and another with a second shift rotating schedule so not every day will be needed and a weekly or monthly schedule can be made to accommodate the work.
