Newborn Nanny To Join Our Family :)

We are looking for a full time nanny for our first baby, due in November for when I return to work in January. Monday through Friday in our home. I work from home most of the time. Ideally we are looking for someone who is more naturally minded and will help us focus on developmental activities for our little boy that are age appropriate. No smoking, must have reliable car, comfortable with a dog, and have experience with newborns. We would love to find someone who would be open to traveling with us at times :)
