Overnight care for 3-month-old every weekend and 3-year-old every other weekend. 3-month-old wakes every 3-4 hours for feedings overnight. Preferably the perfect Nanny would be able to stay in our home from Friday Night until Monday Morning when both parents work 3rd shift.
