CFA is a family owned center and utilizes the most advanced research in neuroscience as a foundation for our advanced early learning pedagogy. We now know that 80% of brain development occurs between the ages of birth to 3 years. CFA uniquely provides a nurturing and relational learning environment that maximizes healthy brain development. CFA is the vanguard of early learning in Chicagoland. Child First Academy is family owned and operated. CFA opened at the height of the pandemic in 2020 and has grown rapidly. CFA has created a family environment with our staff and families, and we want to hire staff that are committed to being a part of our long-term family. Under the direction of the Owner, Director, and Assistant Director, the Teacher will be responsible for directing all aspects of the specific classroom program and executing the daily curriculum. The Teacher will work towards building a strong foundation for a lifetime of active learning through play, language, a creative hands-on learning curriculum, and a motor skills development program that promotes age-appropriate movement, brain development and good health.
