Part-Time to Full-Time Nanny Manager - Warm & Organized Caregiver Needed!
Location: North Center/Lincoln Square
Start Date: March 2025
Compensation: $25-$30/hr. (DOE) + PTO, vacation, and sick time
Schedule: Guaranteed 30 + hours/week- Family is flexible PT- FT hrs. (with 40+ hours some weeks).
Possible schedule Monday-Friday, 12:00 pm-6:00 pm.
Early morning help needed as well severe days- flexibility a bonus!
Potential for additional hours (full days) a few times weekly for the right candidate.

We are a warm and welcoming family looking for an experienced Nanny Manager to help keep our household running smoothly! With three wonderful children (7, 4, and 1) all in full-time school, we need a caring, reliable, and proactive partner to support our busy home.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
Pick up kids from school & supervise homework.
Provide healthy snacks and/or dinner.
Plan fun, engaging activities for school closure days (during scheduled hours).
Household Responsibilities:
Light housekeeping & organization (tidying rooms, making beds, organizing closets).
Grocery shopping & running household errands.
Preparing or prepping children's meals (family follows a Kosher diet).
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Nanny Manager or in a similar role.
Safe driver with a clean record (family may provide a vehicle).
Strong communicator who is open to feedback.
Fluency in Spanish, Hebrew, or Russian is a plus but not required!
Up-to-date TDAP & Flu vaccines (COVID vaccine preferred).
One parent works from home full-time - must be comfortable in this dynamic.
