Nanny Needed For My Children In Chicago.

My wife and I just welcomed our first child on February 13. One of us will be on parental leave between now and Mid-August. After that, we're interested in hiring a nanny part-time. We are fortunate to have grandparent caregivers, but they are splitting time between Arizona and Chicago. Grandma works 2 weeks a month at a hospital on the Navaho reservation in AZ, so we'd essentially need coverage for the other two weeks a month. For the weeks Grandma is in Arizona, a nanny would be needed from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (or potentially Monday-Thursday, if preferred). Grandma's schedule is planned out months in advance, so our nanny or nannies would know there schedule here well in advance. I also work from home, so would be easily available in case of emergency or if the nanny has an appointment.
