Hi there! We are searching for a nanny for our 17month old daughter. The schedule would Mondays and Fridays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with potential opportunities for additional babysitting hours on evenings and weekends! Our daughter is a wonderful, hilarious, highly active toddler and we're looking for a caregiver who will be an extension of us :) our approach is gentle, screen-free, and development-centered with lots of outdoor time and exploratory learning opportunities! We have a very established schedule for her and she really thrives within that structure.
