ISO Full Time Nanny In Avondale For A 6 Month Old Baby Girl Starting April

ISO a full time nanny for our 6-month-old baby girl starting April. We are looking for someone loving and attentive but also someone who cares about development and learning. My baby is sleep trained so she goes down for a nap easily, no need to rock her to sleep. We are very germ conscious so would appreciate someone with same mindset. Beyond the standard infant care of feeding, diapering.. etc, we would want the nanny to help her achieve her milestones, play with her using developmental toys, read to her multiple times a day and help her to get new experiences. She loves going outside so we would want our nanny to take her out daily. Additional responsibilities include: Wash the bottles, utensils, plates.. for the baby Dust/swiffer/vacuum/wipe the play areas and nursery Take out the diaper garbage. Put away baby laundry No other house cleaning is expected. We will also have the food and bottles prepared. We have a dog but the dog goes to work with my husband so the interaction will be limited. We have nanny cams as we both work in the office. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:45-4:45, 40 hours a week guaranteed. Major holiday, vacation and sick days will also be provided.
