About the job
Exhausted mom to a 7-year-old, medically complex daughter who has multiple diagnoses, G tube, J tube, port, is wheelchair bound, and is a real-life superhero who everyone who meets her becomes an immediate fan. I am looking for a second set of capable hands to take care of her so that it is less exertion, and sometimes I can get a few minutes to rest or exercise. You would not be alone with her, I will always be with you or a room away. Looking for maybe 5 hours on Sundays and one or two evenings for even an hour or two. She is the funniest person you will ever meet and has defied all of the odds against her. And life and death emergencies can happen at any moment and while you would not be on your own, you need ti be okay being support staff to that. You would be trained and you would need to pass her test, she has a type.
